Siftfy as a Akismet alternative.

Is Siftfy a good Akismet alternative?
Akismet is the strongest default for WordPress-first comment moderation, with a mature plugin and crowdsourced signal from years of submissions. Choose Siftfy instead when your product is not WordPress or when you need one JSON API that returns a calibrated 0–1 probability for any form, comment, queue, or backend workflow.
Where Siftfy is stronger
our take- A 0-1 probability instead of a binary spam/not-spam response.
- One REST endpoint for any framework, not a WordPress-centered workflow.
- 10,000 free requests per month and a low $9 Pro entry point.
decision rule
Choose Siftfy when your product is not WordPress, when moderation thresholds matter, or when you need spam scoring inside a custom backend.
