What should I include when I contact Siftfy?

Which inbox should I use for support?

Use hi@siftfy.io for support. Include your account email, the endpoint you called, and any x-request-id value from the API response so we can trace the request quickly.

What should I send for volume or dedicated capacity?

Send your expected monthly volume, peak requests per minute, region needs, and whether you need a dedicated deployment, SLA, or procurement paperwork.

How should I report a security issue?

Email a short reproduction, impact summary, affected route or endpoint, and contact details. We confirm receipt within 48 hours and coordinate disclosure from there.
