Scores above 85% are usually hard-block candidates; 50-85% belongs in review.
How to use the score
- Contact forms: block only above the
max_confidencein the response, queue from 0.50 up to that ceiling, deliver below 0.50. The score above is capped at the same ceiling, so a fixed block threshold never fires — see Confidence ceiling. - Comments: hold borderline posts for moderation; do not silently delete regular contributors.
- Signups: combine content score with email verification and rate limits.
